Wildfirez Grill, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Last week I was invited to a #dinewithmahiblog organized event at Wildfirez Grill. Wildfirez Grill opened approximately 8 months ago by Sary, the owner. Coming from Texas USA, he has brought UAE an authentic American-chicken dining experience you would not want to miss!
The Food
I started off sampling the Wildfirez Grill with (of course) chicken. The buffalo wings was what I enjoyed the most. Cooked in flavorful sauces, chicken wings are perfect for apps or mains! They have 5 main sauces for chicken – Hot Fire, Buffalo (my favorite), House BBQ, Sweet and Spicy BBQ and Tandoori. Another great highlight was their Monterrey Flame Grilled Chicken Breast. It came on a sizzling hot plate topped with ranch, sour creme, and pico mix. Lastly I would recommend ordering their baked mac and cheese. The cheese was so good! This could be ordered as a side item or as part of a kids menu. It’s baked perfectly on top with gooey cheesy goodness inside.
I’d love to see more selection of sauces for chicken wings. Personally, I absolutely love honey garlic! In the future, I hope there will be all-you-can-eat wing events. I definitely miss those wing-nights in North America.
The Location & Service
Wilfirez Grill is located in the Al Seef Village Mall in Abu Dhabi. It was a bit further away from the city center to me however, is a convenient place to eat if you have young kids since it is located right beside a children’s play center. However, if you don’t want to leave the house, this place does delivery until 3am on weekends!
Service was perfect at the #dinewithmahiblog event. The owner and their servers were so attentive to us and accommodating of all our requests.
The Price
They offer fair to good pricing. Meal for 2 would be approximately 100dhs. Buffalo Wings (15 piece + 3 sauce) for 50 dhs. Grilled Chicken Breast for 45dhs with 2 free sides. They have so many good side choices such as yellow rice, baked Mac and Cheese, mash potatoes, green salad, vegetables, corn or coleslaw. As well, they currently have a 20% dine-in/take-out offer when you mention #dinewithmahiblog until march 2017! Hope you will enjoy it there as much as I have!
