Their starters here definitely impressed me. From their fine ingredients to their almost too beautiful to eat presentation, Parmigiana set the bar high at the very start of this meal.
Lobster Carpaccio with zucchini and citrus fruits for AED 90.
Homemade Gnocchi with boston lobster and orange zest for AED 95.
Mains
Backed Gratinated Lobster for AED 145.
I love lobster tails so this was my number one option to try from this menu. The lobsters were medium size and the meat is tender, freshly cooked and delicious! To make it absolutely perfect, I would add on a side of melted garlic butter or a side of grilled vegetables/potatoes.
Linguini with lobster, garlic butter, sage, tomato, basic and parmesan cheese for AED 110.
The price and the portion of this dish is well worth it. At Parmigiana they know how to make their pasta perfectly, it was the correct tenderness of the pasta with the balance of all the spices to make it into an amazing dish. Everyone at my table agreed this was the winner of the menu. It also came with many chunks of delicious flavorful lobster.
Lobster Risotto with Asparagus and Parmesan Cheese for AED 110
The risotto here is very well done, The texture and the taste was yummy. It did have less chunks of lobster than the linguini but it comes with a lobster head as a garnishing. This was a less heavy, but equally as satisfying choice.
